1. No Returns Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Personal preference
Styling issues
Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings
All product details are clearly mentioned on the website. Customers are advised to review them carefully before purchasing.
2. Replacement / Refund Eligibility
A replacement or refund will be provided ONLY IF:
You receive a damaged product, or
You receive an incorrect product
Mandatory Condition:
You must provide a clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video showing:
The sealed package
The shipping label
The product being opened
The issue clearly visible
📌 No unboxing video = No replacement or refund. No exceptions.
3. Reporting Timeframe
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Complaints raised after this window will not be accepted
4. Resolution Process
Once approved:
A replacement will be shipped OR
A refund will be initiated to the original payment method
Refunds (if applicable) may take 7–10 business days to reflect.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been shipped
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
6. Important Notes
Products showing signs of wear, tampering, or mishandling will not be accepted
